We ask kindly that you please arrive promptly for your appointment at Jade Health and Beauty. All treatments are booked with a specific time allowance and late arrivals may therefore reduce the length of your treatment, or even result in cancellation. We hope you appreciate that this helps us keep to schedule, as allowing overruns would disturb the next client's appointment.
When taking bookings for longer treatment periods, Jade Health and Beauty may, at our discretion, ask clients for a deposit of 50% of the value of their booking. Please note, repeated late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment will also result in a 50% deposit being taken at the time of booking.
Should you be unable to make your appointment, please note we require 24 hours notice of cancellation, or regrettably, 50% of the treatment value will be charged. We thank you for your consideration.
As a courtesy to all our clients we kindly ask that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode whilst in the salon and that in general, use of mobile phones is kept to a minimum for your own relaxation and to respect the ambience of the salon.
Jade Health and Beauty cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings bought into the salon.
