Salon Etiquette

Your Appointment

Please arrive promptly for your appointment at Jade. All treatments are booked with a specific time allowance and late arrival will therefore reduce the length of your treatment, or even result in cancellation. We hope you appreciate that this helps us keep to schedule, as allowing overruns would disturb the next client's appointment.

Deposits

When taking bookings for longer treatment periods, Jade may, at its discretion, ask clients for a deposit of 50% of the value of their booking. Please note, repeated late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment at Jade will also result in a 50% deposit being taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Should you be unable to make your appointment, please note we require 24 hours notice of cancellation, or regrettably, 50% of the treatment value will be charged. We thank you for your consideration.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to all our clients we kindly ask that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode whilst in the salon and that in general, use of mobile phones is kept to a minimum for your own relaxation and to respect the ambience of the salon.

Personal Belongings

Jade Health and Beauty cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings brought into the salon.
